These Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOS") aim to define the terms and conditions under which the company EcoFire France OOD (hereinafter "we") provides its Tinder profile detection services to its users (hereinafter "you").

2. Service Description

Cheatradar is a service that allows users to verify the existence and activity of specific Tinder profiles. Our service offers two modes of operation:

  • A one-time search to verify the existence and activity of a profile at a specific moment
  • Radar mode, a premium option for continuous profile monitoring with real-time notifications

Our service uses automated technologies to perform these searches in compliance with Tinder's terms of use.

3. Access Conditions

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal capacity
  • Use the service legally and ethically
  • Accept these TOS

4. Responsibilities

You agree to use our service responsibly and ethically. We are not liable for how you use the information obtained through our service.

For Radar mode:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for monitoring
  • You agree not to use this feature for harassment purposes
  • You can deactivate Radar mode at any time through your personal space

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on our site.
