1. Refund Conditions

Cheatradar is committed to providing quality service. We offer refunds in the following cases:

• Service not provided or inaccessible
• Technical error preventing service use
• Accidental double billing

2. Refund Deadlines

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the request is accepted.

3. Refund Procedure

• Explain the reason for your request
• Specify your initial payment method

4. Refund Methods

The refund will be made to the payment method used for the initial purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

• Service already used or report generated
• Abusive or fraudulent use of the service
• Non-compliance with the terms of use
• Request made after the deadline (more than 14 days after purchase)

6. Refund Fees

No fees will be charged for processing legitimate refunds. Any bank fees related to international refunds remain the customer's responsibility.
