These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "TOS") govern the contractual relationships between the company EcoFire France OOD (hereinafter "we") and any individual (hereinafter "you") wishing to access our Tinder profile detection services.

2. Prices and Payment

Our service prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes. Payment is made online by credit card through our secure payment system. The order is validated after payment confirmation.

• Radar Mode (premium option):
  • Continuous profile monitoring 24/7
  • Real-time notifications of activities
  • Detailed history of connections
  • Weekly activity reports

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement. For Radar mode, you can deactivate monitoring at any time, but consumed periods are not refundable.

5. Data Protection

Collected personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We are committed to protecting your information and using it solely within the scope of our services.

6. Liability

We strive to provide accurate results but cannot guarantee the completeness of the information. Our liability is limited to the amount of your order.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on our site.
